Commercial mortgages use the security of the building predominantly as their predominant lien in the transaction; this is usually over a longer term than a standard loan with typically with lower rates than an unsecured facility and is determined by the applicant and the building being purchased.

Buy To Let (BTL) Portfolios
Benefits: Buy To Let mortgages are for landlords who want to buy a residential property to rent it out. A mortgage can be used either to help purchase a new property or can be used to release equity in an existing rental house, to raise funds to buy further properties.
Term: Typically between 2-5 years
